100 day update

Forgot this in my last post.

Today was my 90th workout.  It was a great one, cycling with hubby.

10 more days.  I am thinking I’ll add another 50 days to the challenge.  I just don’t see how I’ll be able to take a day off after working out for three months straight.

65th day of keeping track of my food.  So much knowledge.  Much yet to do.

39th day of not eating late at night.   That’s been a great change.

Next:

Eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, every day.  I’ve been doing some of this, but need to do it every day, just like the other things.

Keep calories down.  I’m old enough that I don’t need to eat as much.

I just added strength training to my routine, which has been fab.  I do the circuit twice a week, it’s an awesome workout.  I am dripping sweat when I’m done.

I need to add at least one yoga workout a week.

I need to add core training to my workouts.

 

I’ve lost just over ten pounds, doing all my stuff, and need to lose much more.

Easter Sunday 2013

It’s been a lovely day.
Started with no church for me.  It’s going on a year now since I’ve been to church, can’t say I miss it any.  I did have some thoughts that I should go today, but not strong enough thoughts that made me want to go.  Just don’t see the point.

Went for a bike ride with the hubster.  We went around a park, now a preserve.  The Ninja and I used to go to this park and walk around it.  It has changed, as most of the trees are gone.  It looks good, but I miss the trees.  After we went through the preserve, we noticed that the signs said “no bikes.”  Sigh.

Hubster is getting a hitch and bike rack for the new truck.  We want to go bike riding on the Green Belt.  I look forward to many Sundays riding together.

I am getting a care package together for the Ninja.  Can’t wait to get it sent.  Just waiting for Easter candy, which I’m buying tomorrow.  Yes.  Tomorrow.  Half price.
